Overview

Manaslu Region is probably the most alluring restricted trekking region of Nepal. Authentic rural villages of hilly community and Tibetan origin people encountered after the narrow gorge of Budi Gandaki River offers the socio-cultural experience during trekking. Manaslu Trekking is hilly to Himalayan and again hilly walking holiday in the remote places of Dhading, Gorkha and Lamjung district of Nepal. The chance to cross iconic pass Larke la Pass on the foothill of Mt. Manaslu, Ganesh Himal Base Camp and trail of Annapurna Circuit Trekking are the major highlights of this off the beaten trekking journey.

The journey of Manaslu Trekking begins after bus drive to Lapubeshi via Aarughat via postal road of Dhading district which has been recently opened. Walking starts from Lapubeshi. The trail follows the glacial river of Budi Gandaki and consists of various suspension bridges crossing activity. As the river narrows towards the narrow gorge the journey moves to completely different landscape and community. Mani walls, chortens and monasteries clearly make you feel that you are in Tibetan origin community village. The additional adventure trip of Ganesh Himal Base Camp too is the bonus of this wilderness trekking journey. As trekkers cross the Larke La Pass you will be showered by views of Mt. Manaslu, Mt. Himlung, Mt. Ganesh Himal etc. can be seen. After descending you will meet the Annapurna Circuit Trail. If you are willing to go to Thorong La Pass then that can be arranged too. From Dharapani the bus drive will take you back to Kathmandu via Besisahar.

The trekking crew members of Trek to Nepal are also from the Manaslu Trekking region therefore you will get authentic local information like never before. Traverse the remote land of Nepal rich in water resources and vegetations with us to raise the spirit of wilderness adventure.
